Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for credits and services provided by Mashial LLC ("Mashial," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing credits or services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Digital, credit-based services

We sell prepaid credits that you redeem for digital creative deliverables (such as image ads, videos, and landing pages). Because our work is digital and produced on demand, refund eligibility depends on the production stage, as described below. Credits do not expire.

2. Unused credits

Credits that have not been redeemed for any deliverable may be eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, less any payment-processing fees. Requests after this window may be declined, but unused credits remain available for future use because they do not expire.

3. Redeemed or in-production work

Once credits have been applied and a deliverable has entered production or been delivered, those credits are generally non-refundable, because the work has already been performed. If a deliverable has not yet entered production, the associated credits can typically be returned to your balance.

4. Issues with a deliverable

If a deliverable is defective, materially does not match the agreed request, or cannot be used as intended due to our error, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will work with you to correct or re-produce the deliverable at no additional credit cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, a credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. What is not eligible

  • Change of mind after a deliverable has been produced.
  • Outcomes such as ad performance, ROAS, sales, or platform approval, which are outside our control.
  • Issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or infringing inputs you provided.
  • Third-party platform decisions, including ad rejections or account actions.

6. How to request a refund

Email contact@Mashialllc.com with your order details, the credits or deliverable involved, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within three (3) business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that conflict with this Policy and to provide supporting documentation.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
